Terms of Use and Privacy
1. Sataves services
Sataves provides digital tools such as supported-source downloads, text, document and subtitle translation, video translation and dubbing, file conversion, AI tools, reference rates and virtual numbers. The service page or checkout quote shows the output, format, estimated timing and price.
Some jobs use technical providers outside Sataves. A fallback may be used when a provider is unavailable or rate-limited. A provider change cannot increase the approved spending ceiling without your confirmation.
2. Your account and use
- Keep your contact details reasonably accurate and up to date so login and support work smoothly.
- Keep one-time codes, passwords and sessions private. Tell Support if you notice suspicious access.
- Use the service lawfully and submit content that you are allowed to use or process.
- If you are a minor or lack legal capacity, use the service with a legal guardian's permission and supervision.
3. Your content and the result
You keep ownership of the files, text, audio, images and video you submit. You grant only the limited permission needed for Sataves and the selected provider to receive, process and turn that content into the requested result. Sataves does not claim ownership of your input.
Translation, OCR, dubbing and AI-generated output may need review. Check the result before publishing, making an important decision or using it for a legal, medical or financial purpose.
4. Credits, prices and payment
- Credits are Sataves's service-usage unit; they are not cash or a bank deposit.
- The Toman amount and spending ceiling are shown before confirmation. The valid quote controls payment; the USD equivalent is only a transparency and provider-cost reference.
- Changing the price of a credit does not change credits you already purchased. The new rate applies to later purchases and jobs.
- For a failed or cancelled job, the credit hold is released. Recorded usage is visible in the account ledger.
- Virtual numbers and other third-party products may have separate price, expiry and refund rules, shown before purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is easiest to review before processing starts. After work begins or a third-party provider is charged, each request is assessed based on the completed portion, technical feasibility and that service's rules. If Sataves cannot deliver the service, the unperformed portion and related hold are reviewed and corrected through the payment method or account credits as applicable.
6. What data we receive
Account and contact
Login phone or email, display name, verification status and support messages.
Request content
Files, URLs, text, subtitles, audio, video, settings and output needed to complete a job.
Credits and payment
Credit and Toman balances, quotes, payment references, holds and recorded usage; Sataves does not store full card details.
Technical information
Request time and route, request ID, browser and device type, errors and information needed for security and troubleshooting.
7. Why and with whom data is used
Data is used to authenticate and secure accounts, run requests, deliver results, calculate costs, provide support, fix errors, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Only what is needed for a job is sent to the selected provider, payment, SMS/email, hosting/security or source supplier.
Some providers may process outside Iran and have their own terms. Sataves does not sell your personal information or private content for advertising. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve quality and capacity.
8. Retention, deletion and security
Inputs, working files and outputs are kept to run a request and let you download the result. Sataves is not permanent archival storage; keep your own copy and delete jobs you no longer need. Payment, accounting, security and dispute records may remain as long as needed for settlement or legal obligations.
